Excess and Liability

•This is an exclusive product and does not include CDW (Collision Damage Waiver Insurance). CDW is a legal requirement when renting a car.

Please obtain proof from your credit card company if CDW is included on your credit card otherwise you are required to purchase CDW at the rental desk.

You may be held responsible for damage to or loss of tyres, windscreens, glass and undercarriage. Please check with the car rental agent on arrival.

•LOSS DAMAGE WAIVER: Loss Damage Waiver reduces the renter's responsibility to zero in the event of damage to or loss of the rental vehicle. The cost of LDW is $24.99 per day.

Mandatory Documents and Important Information

The following documents are required to collect the vehicle:

•A printed version of your Rental Voucher.

•Passport or Identification card

•A valid credit card in the name of the main driver. A security deposit will be held for the duration of the rental. The exact will be determined upon your arrival at the rental desk. The minimum deposit is USD 200 - USD 500 for all car groups. Exceptions: the minimum deposit for car groups X*** is USD 300 - USD 2700.

•A valid (with no endorsements) driving licence. International driving licence is required for customers whose licence is not written in Roman alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Cyrillic etc.). For driving licenses from countries not part of the international driving license treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

•Age Restriction and Driving License: Drivers must be 25 years old and have held a valid driving license for a minimum of 12 months. The maximum driver's age is 99 years.

•For car group FVAR, PVAR drivers must have category D1 driving license. EU citizens are allowed to drive vehicles from Mini to 8 seater vehicles.

•Please Note: Customers renting in Atlanta Hartsfield Airport require proof of a return flight in order to rent a vehicle.

An Underage Driver Surcharge of USD 19.99 - 39.99 per day or maximum of USD 236.99-474.99 per month applies for drivers under 25 years

You must be 21 years of age to rent Economy, Compact and Standard car groups (with the exception of Mustangs and SUVs).

You must be 25 years of age to rent all other car groups.

Fuel policy

Your vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel. To avoid incurring fuel charges you will need to return it full. You may be required to leave a fuel deposit reserved on your credit card that will be released when you return the car full. Missing fuel will be charged on your return along with an administration fee. The price per litre charged by the rental agent may be significantly higher than the price at the local service station.

Extras and Additional Charges

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS: $12.99 per day with a maximum charge of $109.99.

BABY SEATS/BOOSTER SEATS/CHILD SEATS: $9.99 per day with the maximum charge of $77.00.

GPS: The cost of GPS is $12.99 per day, $77 per rental.

EXPRESS TOLL SERVICE: This costs $8.99 per day with the maximum charge of $139.00 per month.In California and Washington this costs $9.99/day with the maximum charge of $159.00/month, and in Texas costs $10.49/day, maximum charge of $169.00/month.

EZ TOLL PASS SERVICE: This costs $3.99 per day with a maximum charge of $23.99 per rental (available in New York and Pennsylvenia).

The rental vehicle may only be used in the state of pick-up and the surrounding geographical area (Region) as specified below:

•Vehicles rented in Arizona can be driven to California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah

•Vehicles rented in Colorado can be driven to Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada

•Vehicles rented in California can be driven to Arizona, Oregon, Washington and Nevada

•Vehicles rented in Connecticut can be driven to Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and New Jersey

•Vehicles rented in Florida can be driven to Alabama and Georgia

•Vehicles rented in Georgia can be driven to Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee

•Vehicles rented in Indiana can be driven to Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio

•Vehicles rented in Massachusetts can be driven to Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, New York, Maine, and New Jersey

•Vehicles rented in Minnesota can be driven to North & South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin

Additional Restrictions for Local Renters*

Local renters* picking up a vehicle at locations servicing an airport or port may not use the rental vehicle outside the State of pick-up if they do not have a return airline ticket/boarding pass or round trip itinerary. Proof of insurance might be required.
